TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
Prices are in U.S. dollars with no local or Federal taxes included, and ship from New York. Terms & Conditions of Sale are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
Third Party Platforms and Bundles
Customers are not permitted to list APOTHEKE products on Amazon, any foreign Amazon affiliate, eBay, or any other third party e-commerce platforms without prior written approval from APOTHEKE. If APOTHEKE does approve a request to list its products on such a third party platform, Customer must disclose any and all business aliases or “Doing Business As” names (DBAs) to APOTHEKE immediately. Failure to adhere to the procedures described in this paragraph may lead to the termination of Customer’s purchasing privileges.
All first time orders must be prepaid. Customers may apply for NET terms after their first order has shipped. To apply for terms, please submit at least four (4) trade references, complete with contact info such as phone number, e-mail, fax number, address and contact name. APOTHEKE will contact the references and based on payment history will determine eligibility for terms and credit.
Method of Payment
Wire Transfer and Major Credit Cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover).
Order Changes or Cancellations
Changes and/or cancellations to orders already placed must be confirmed, in writing, via fax or e-mail request at least five (5) business days before the ship date. No verbal or telephone requests for order adjustments are accepted. Order changes and cancellations are at the discretion of APOTHEKE.
All claims for quantity discrepancies, damages or lost shipments are the responsibility of the retailer. Any damages must be reported within 7 days of order receipt.
Product returns are handled on a case by case basis and are at the discretion of APOTHEKE.
If there is a problem with your order we would be happy to resolve it within 7 days of receiving the item. Please email email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org with details regarding your order. If an item arrives damaged or defective, photographs of the items in question are required for any replacement or refund, so please be sure to include them in your email.
All sales are final if you do want to make a return for any reasons besides receiving damaged or broken items we charge restocking fee of 20%
We ship Domestic Ground. Customers are welcome to use their own shipping account. Expedited shipping and quotes available upon request.
